The materials used in Luceplan Acoustics provide sound absorption and prevent acoustic overlap, particularly in the case of human voices, which lies in the frequency range between 200 and over 3000 hertz (Hz).

We believe that light is life, and good lighting is a necessity. Our tailor-made sound absorbing lighting fixtures provide a minimum of 4000+ well-certified low glare lumens.

Farel. The iconic design for acoustic comfort

Designed by Diego SferrazzaFarel is a lamp with very low environmental impact: Luceplan has championed the SEAQUAL initiative, a large-scale project to clean the seas and coastal zones, removing plastic refuse to transform it into completely traceable recycled raw material. The lamp, with its iconic structure in the form of a dome, is a neutral geometric presence in thermoformed material, covered on the outside by fabric derived from 100% recycled fibers, and on the inside with 60% recycled felt.
Koinè. Elegance for a new lighting and acoustic scenarios
Koinè acoustic Suspension,
Designed by Mandalaki StudioAlong with the high-tech lighting engineering performance which distinguishes it, Koinè enjoys yet another innovative element in the sound-absorbing version. The reflector is a felt cap (60% recycled) which not only has an important decorative role, but also allows increased acoustic comfort in the vicinity by reducing the time of sound reverberation.

The two solutions address issues of lighting, sound absorption and the upper facing of spaces in a single strategy, eliminating the need for suspended ceilings.

Designed by Stephen BurksTrypta is a system of suspension lamps that offers a combination of acoustic features and lighting performance in various dimensions and colors. The cylindrical aluminum body is equipped with two LED sources to provide both direct and indirect diffused light.
